If memory serves me correctly, it can take up to six months to get your
green card after AOS approval.

I remember you, AOS interview Orlando right?
We went to Orlando 29th Nov 2006. Approved I-551 stamp, told GC to be in
the mail 2 weeks. Welcome letter 4th Dec. 10year GC 11th Dec.
Good luck.
Mike.

Apparently my previous post has fallen into that "I'm-not-saying-what-the-OP-wants-to-hear-so-the-OP-will-simply-ignore-
my-post" category.

Hi airborne,

You can make an Infopass appointment to go in person and make an
inquiry. They'll be able to tell you if your card was manufactured and
mailed out. That way you will know if they simply haven't made it yet,
or if they mailed it and you didn't receive it.

Hi Jenney,
Yeah, I also have heard the wait can be 6 months plus, I just lucked out
I guess. I think from the OP's other posts he/she does have an I-551
stamped in the passport, so I dunno what the worry is really.

When I had a question recently, you wrote me:
"I learned how to be patient, i suggest you do the same"
I think you should follow your own advice.
Good luck.
