Default Delay in sending Additional documents

Hi,

I received my medical Forms and request for Additional documents from
DIMIA sometime in Feb'2004. The letter had asked me to get in touch
with the Visa officer before the 5th of April. I have not been able to
get the required documents and I have not written back to DIMIA, what
would happen to my application ? Can I write to them asking for more
time. Please guide me..

Thanks
Kris

Hello Kris,

I believe
the time that you spent in posting this thread would have yielded better
results if you had contacted your respective case officer for extension.
If I were you would have written already.

Regards

Hi Kris,

E-mail
your case officer by First name.Last and
ask for an extension. The case officer name is written on the letter
requesting the medicals and pcc.I did the same and was granted an
extension , no problems. So don't worry but just make sure you e-mail
today since 5th of April is your last date for posting.
