Hi Imran
In order to maintain dependent status the child must be continuously
full time student, otherwise he would lose the dependent ship.
Age is not critical issue but full time student ship is serious issue.
If he has completed his last course less then one year then you must
quickly enroll in any sort of full time recognized course to preserve
his status.
I am not expert may be Andew would have better advice on this.
