Default Deemed Rehabilitated

I need to travel to Toronto to attend a Business meeting in Two
weeks time .

I have the following convictions , all 18-20 years old

Drunk in charge of a motor vehicle ( $250 fine and 6 months
disquilifaction )

Petty theft under $500 (community service )

Attempted insurance fraud ( Community service )

Since then I havent had a traffic ticket

My question is do i need to apply to a CIC for Rehabiltaion or does
Deemed rehailitated (as they are over 10 years ago ) mean I can travel
without applying as long as I declare my criminal record at the POE ?

Thank you

A confused Bigwig
