Default De Facto Application

Hello,

My partner and I (he's Australian) have been together for over two
years but due to work constraints have only been living together for
the past three months. We are hoping to relocate from Ireland to
Australia in February of next year and are about to apply for a de
facto spouse visa. Will the fact that we have only been living
together for such a short time hinder our application if we can prove
a genuine and continuing relationship and that we commuted every
weekend while we had to live apart. Would really appreciate any
advice on this! Also because he is an Australian citizen, should our
application be more likely to succeed? Think that's it for now.
Thanks.
