Default csc timelines & davehollis

okay, so heres the deal...

i feel as though i am the only one on this forum waiting on the csc for
noa2, i checked all the websites and they all say that the csc is still
processing cases from february and we filed in november. i also feel
that we are the only ones filling for and i-130, it seems as though all
of you are filling i-129s. i miss my husband terribley and now we find
out we have to wait like 6 months just for a decision on the petition.
can anyone shed any light on the csc timelines for me?

also, i tried posting our timeline at that davehollis.com and everytime
i try going to the submit page, it says i am not authorized to view it.
what am i doing wrong?

sent i-130 to csc on 11/5

csc received i-130 on 11/7

first noa on 11/12

second noa... still waiting

I tried posting this but didn't go through...trying again....

If your NOA1 is only November 12, you'll have a few months' wait before
your NOA2. Here's the link to a site that gives the most accurate time
for processing at CSC:

http://members.aol.com/MDUdall/sctimes.htm

Hope this one goes through!!

Hi again Nicksachick,

I was just re-reading your timeline, and it looks like you've only
gotten NOA1 on November 12, right? You'll have a few months of waiting
until you see your NOA2, so hang in there. Unless I'm reading
something wrong....

Follow this link to get real-life dates of the current processing
times at CSC:

Best Wishes again!

Rene

I read your post and I am a little confused about what you are doing.
If you are already married and have filed an I-130, the next step is to
to file an I-129F for a K-3. The wait for an I-130 approval is years
(at least at the TSC) so that is why you file an I-129F for a K-3
through Missouri. This is why you see so many people (fiances AND
spouses) waiting for I-129 approvals - the only difference is the
fiances go through the regional service centers and the spouses through
Missouri (NBC).
