Default couldn't understand the letter from ACS,Deeming Rule

I am really in tension and couldn't understand the letter from ACS. They
have mentioned as, July 2003 I Satisfied the requirement of the ACS
PIM2, Group B." what does this mean?
Will DIMIA calculate my experience after this date or before this date?
Can I claim 10 experience points?
Can I get 120 Points???

I'm sending ACS Letter, The letter received from ACS.

I will be very grateful to you if you could help me.

ACS Letter Blow
I refer to your application for pre-migration skills assessments. Whish
was received by the Australian computer society on 20th Sep 2004.
For the purpose of your application you have as July 2003 satisfied the
requirement of the ACS PIM2, Group B.

Your work experience has been calculated as follow.

Dates: 02/97- 07/00
Position Support Engineer
Employer Laktron

Date: 08/00 -02/01
Position Database Administrator
Employer JBS

Date: 07/01 – 08/04
Position Database Administrator
Employer NADRA

You should note that DIMA reserves the right to undertake further
detailed investigation of your work experience for the purpose of
assessing the recent work experience requirement, and the specific work
experience and Australian work experience point test items.

Your skills have been assessed to be suitable for immigration under 2231-
11 of the ASCO code, being the skilled occupation indicated that you
intend to nominate in General Skills migration application.
The assessment in based upon the documents provided, by issuing this
letter or otherwise, ACS makes no representation about:
• The authenticity of the document provided of the veracity of
contents;
• The suitability of the application for migration or employment
each of which is dependent upon additional factors.

This assessment advice is valid for a period of One year from the date
of this letter

Any question you may have regarding this assessment should be made in
writing and forwards to the Deputy Director, At the above address.

This means tou have a suitable ACS assessment and can now go for the
visa. DIMIA will calculate your work experience from your resume and
references, they don't use the satisfaction date from ACS.
