Contacting case officer - error message

When i try to email my CO I get this back:

IMPORTANT NOTICE

In order to improve our enquiry service from 11 December 2006 all email
enquiries relating to applications will be handled by the ASPC
Communications Unit.

This means from this date you will need to submit your enquiry by
completing and submitting an online enquiry form. You can access this
form
by going to http://www.immi.gov.au/contacts/forms/gsm/post.htm. Please
note it is not possible to attach documents to this form

But when i click on the link it says this:
Service Temporarily Unavailable

To implement improvements we are currently undertaking maintenance to
serve you better.

This maintenance is expected to be completed by :

Friday 29 September 23:00 (AEST)
Saturday 30 September 14:00 (AEST)

Please try again after this time.

can anyone help me??!!
