Hi Denise

My ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF VISA APPLICATION letter says:
"Please note that receipt of subsequent correspondence will not be
acknowledged. Applicants who require confirmation that the department
has received documents should use a mail or courier service that
provides a facility to confirm delivery of documents."

Therefore I think it is usal that you have had no reply from any of your
email after sending documents. This is why I started to wonder about the
2 mails I got from DIMA.

Thank you for putting my mind at rest. I did however, email our CO
with brief details of emails sent just to double-check she had
received them.

Cheers

Hi Kez,

We sent ours the other day (all 10 of them!) and got the following
reply e-mail;-

CONFIRMATION OF DOCUMENT RECEIPT

The documents attached in your email have been received successfully.
These will be shortly forwarded to your case officer. Please DO NOT
also
mail originals or copies of the same documentation as the electronic
version will be sufficient.

This mailbox address can ONLY be used for forwarding documents by email.
This is to ensure you documents reach your case officer promptly.
From 11 December 2006 all application enquiries must be made online
using an enquiry form. You can access this form by going to

They have changed the e-mail account for documents from that specified
in our letters before xmas

Hope this helps,

Cheryl
