Default Conditional resident versus permanent resident

Hello,buddies!

I have heard that if marriage is younger than 2 years old for the moment
of arrival to the US,an arrived spouse will be considered a CONDITIONAL
resident and will have to prove a marriage isnt "fake" for purposes of
sneaking to the country.

Marriage aged 2 years old and more gives to spouse PERMANENT residence.

Is it so?

If yes, what are the differences in those statuses and is there any
differences in your rights and actions in US?

Thanks for clarification!

The only difference is that you have to apply for removal of conditions
0-90 days before the two year permanent resident status expiires.
Unconitional stauus doesn't expire.

Aw,

It depends on what visa the foreign spouse is using to request entry.
If a K3, Permanent Resident status is not granted on arrival.

Also what you called a "CONDITIONAL resident" is a Permanent Resident.
