Conditional discharge complete

Folks,

I am posting this in this forum since I know that some of you might be
familiar with my situation and will help me.

I was given a sentence of 1 year conditional discharge and 2 days
community service. I was told to report to the court after the completion of
community service and was given 2 months to do it.

However, I completed the 2 days in a month and went to the court and got
the notice of completion of alternative sentence. This was all in the year
2002.

My period of conditional discharge was complete in 2003. What do I have
to do now? Do I still have to go to the court for something?

It depends on the jurisdiction.

What does this have to do with USA visas?
