I dont know if this will be of any help to you, but when I applied to
the ACS i was worried that my first 2.5 yrs in IT wouldnt be assessed as
being 'professional' experience because it was IT support based....I
wrote as much as I could about that time, what I learnt during the time,
and really went to town on making the experience sound as technical as
possable, focussing on the more technical side's of my job, and leaving
out the grunt work i did for 80% of my working day..........
Long story short, I was assessed as group B network manager with my 7
yrs xp and an MCSE.............
The best place to start is the acs web site, but it seems as though you
may of already done your homework there

you can search google for rpl
help.....although I doubt you will be going the rpl route because of
your quali's you could find some usefull info on from the rpl sites.
Hang in there bro, and good luck to you! give me a shout if there's any
thing you wont to know about my experience with the ACS.
