Hi,
Has anybody sent any complaints to MARA about any agent? Any
tips,Do's and Dont's? What documents do I need to provide?

anyway, i found the MARA site and have gone thru their guidelines and
all... this message showed up in google a few hours after i posted it,
so i have had time to do some research.

now, what if an agent has offices overseas and u go thru one of them
to do ur visa processing? my complaint to MARA should be against the
actual agent in australia, right? are there any legalities, that since
i went thru an overseas office of the agent, my complaint should be
subject to that country's law? I hope i am making sense...

do let me know..

The way you make a complaint is specified on the mara site.



What you say is correct - The agent who is representing you is
responsible for your case and is the person you need to mention when
complaining.



There are some ethical issues involved in me commenting too much
