Citizenship denied
My Citizenship has been denied because I plied guilty of a moving violation
back on 1999 (driving with a suspended drivers license). Immigration stated that this is a crime and that is why it has been denied. I have 120 days to appeal this case to the District Court and I need and advice. Do I have any chance to win this case? Is there any particular thing I should know before I go to the court? Or should I just forget about becoming a US Citizen because this issue. appreciate any help. Thanks. |

I think you should go for it. Take all the material you can find showing good
moral character. Can you please tell us if your origins was one of the citizenships that had to go through special registration back in the last 2002 early 2003. And can you also share with us your state. Many of us are concerenced, and it seems like the BCIS in certain location is scrutinizing people with certain background. |
