Default Change of Job-136 MODL Application

Dear Group,

I need your valuable advice deadly.

I have applied for 136 MODL visa from India. I applied in November 06
and aslo got acknowledgement for the same, Now, I have got an excellent
job offer. I want to join new job. Do i need to inform DIMIA if i join
new job? Do i need to give job responsibilities for my new job? My new
employer will not be ready to give me reference letter.
Please advice me what should i do?

Regards,
Nish

Dear Nish,

Since this is a matter of life and death, I shall give my two cents
worth. If you have already applied for the visa, any work experience
after is irrelevant. However, as DIMA may run a check on your old
workplace, it is best you inform them of your change of employment in
writing. Someone correct me if I'm wrong!

Thanks Janice for your valuable advice. The only doubt i have is that
whether DIMIA will ask for reference letter from new employer? He will
not give me a reference letter as i am new in his organisation. If
DIMIA asks for reference letter from new employer than what should i
do? And, second thing, Do i need to inform them in writing? E-mail is
not enough? What is E-mail id if E-mail is valid?

Regards,
Nish
