Certification for VETASSESS

Does anyone know if I can use my mate (police) to certify my documents
for VETASSESS, or do I have to use a solicitor/ such like
Not clear on VETASSESS site

Hi Caroline

I used a good friend who is working in public service for more than 10
or 15 years and who is allowed to certify documents in my country. I got
my VETASSESS assessment without any problems.
