Default capital investment?

hi,
to anyone who has had to provide the $100k capital investment as part of
their application, can you tell me please how it was asked for? ie did
you get a letter or were they able to make the request by email? As I
understand it DIMIA supply a form which is signed by the CO and needs to
be sent to the treasury of your choice- but this doesn't necessarily
rule out a email. I'm hoping things will be moving soon and the idea of
a 2 week delay while the CI request letter leisurely makes it's way
across the pacific is driving me nuts!!
Stressed alreay and it's only Monday

The form is sent by post, and so far as I know the DIMA won't send
it by email.

Best regards.

Thanks Alan, good to see modern technology being used to the fullest

For us, they sent the request and the form 1134, or what ever it is, via
e-mail. It was not signed but we were instructed to include our CO's
request letter with it as proof of the request.
