Default Canadian PR applying for a US Tourist VISA

Hi everyone .. I would like to learn about the experiences of people
applying for Tourist VISA to the US ... I landed from the US in July
and have been working in Vancouver ever since .. I have been in the US
for 5 years prior to that ... I am planning for visit US during
christmas .. What are the documents we need to submit to get a B2 VISA
... How strict r they in issuing VISA to Canadian PRs from
Commonwealth countries like India and China ... Can we apply for a 5
year multiple entry during the very first time so that we dont need
to apply for B2 again and again ... I would greatly appreciate if PRs
could post their experiences ...

Absolutely ridiculous behaviour. You cannot take anything along with you
inside the consolate. No mobile phones,no electronics and no food even.I
saw people emptying water bottles and milk feeders outside. There are
small lockers for small items but only for Canadian Citizens not for
landed immigrants. Why would a Canadian Citizen go there when he does not
require a visa to go to USA.Inside long waiting, long que,end result no
visa.A strict policy towards landed immigrants from certain countries.

Anyway try your luck.

Canadian Citizens who have committed crimes are required by U.S.
Immigration to get waiver or else they can get thrown in Jail or
Deported to Iraq/Syria, whereever the Hell the U.S. Govt. decides to
send them.

Being Canadian citizen doesn't mean Jackshit.

regards,

enigma
