Can I Re-submit a I-130 for a K3 AOS in San Francisco
The original I-130 seems to be taking very long at the CSC and I want to
re-submit the I-130 along with the I-485. Does anyone know if the San Francisco district office allows this? I hear that the different offices may have different policies. |
