What do you mean "take her" on a student visa?
You can't just "take" anyone - she will have to qualify for a student visa
on her own.
She will have to secure admission in a school and then apply for a visa at a
visa post abroad.
Ditto for a tourist visa.
Another factor - the intent is important here.
If she states that her intent is to study (or travel, as the case may be),
then she is clearly lying.
Her real intent is to enter Canada and get married.
I am not sure exactly how such misrepresentation is treated under Canadian
law, but I am sure they are not too thrilled by such cases.
My take: don't get married now.
If your visa stamping request is just round the corner, then have patience.
Complete your landing in Canada, get a job and then get married.
After you get married, then you can go for either inland spousal case or
file at a visa post abroad - both ways are legal.
My $0.02.
