Dear all please guide me.



Back ground:

I am PR Canada applicant of April 2002 at CHC Delhi. It looks
immigration decision will not come earlier than yr 2005 (end).



In the mean time my son is heading towards Grade 12 finals and shall be
ready for undergraduation in Sept. 2004. He wants to persue
Nanoengineering & Develop profiency in one of the oriental languages
(likely Chinese). Which he can achieve either in US or Canada.( Not
possible in India).



My contract with US multinational is complete and I can try searching &
signing new contract with Canadian company and serve in Canada on work
visa.(Petroleum Sector) rather than Asia Pacific region.



Question:

Q1: Is it O.K to apply for Canadian Student Visa for son while my PR
Application is ON. or it may lead to any complications with my PR
application.



Q2: Is it O.K to seek job with Canadian Company and apply for HRDC
approval , and come to Canada on work Visa while PR
application is under consideration. Or It may jeopardize my PR
application decision.
