Default Can I apply for a study permit within Canada as a visitor?

I entered Canada by using a visitor visa. Now I would like to apply
for a study permit. Can I apply the study permit within Canada by
using the change of status or conditions of stay form?

Thank you very much!

NO, but you could take a short course of study that ends prior to your
initial period of allowed stay. That cannot be extended. Otherwise you
will have to apply at an overseas visa office.
