Can Des Vis Spons Visa 496 holders apply for Skilled 136 Visa?
I am just wondering whether 496 temp visa holders are allowed to apply
for Skilled Ind 136 visa on shore if they fulfil the criteria. And of course can they avoid AOS as George highlighted earlier? |
