Default Is California Disability Insurance a "means-tested public benefit"?

Does anyone know? My wife, who will be sponsoring me with an affidavit
of support, does not know how to answer this question. In the last three
years, she did receive some state disability insurance in California. So
would this count as a means-tested public benefit? We're stumped.

Thanks for any help.

Hi:

No, it is not. It is insurance which she paid for. In fact, the SDI
with-holidng is a deductible tax payment if you itemize.
