Default Bungled case by ACS Officer

I had submiited all docs to acs by 22 sep and recd ack on 25 with id. I
kept checking in oct and nov , they told me that case is being assessed.
Today i checked again and guess what , the same case officer tells me we
have asked for addtl docs on 17th oct and on doing so ur case wil be
finalised. I have never recd any query from them. Its disgusting!!!

Hi sands2003,

Best thing you can do is send whatever they are waiting for. Being rude
to them (wherever appropiate or not) will not help you get your
assessment.

Once you have your possitive assessment on your hand, you can file a
formal complaint...

Good luck...
