Default Broke American stuck in the UK

Let me tell you a recent situation that I found myself in. Maybe you can help me or maybe not. Anyway, like most men, I met a guy online. His name is John Cahill. Through our correspondence, I found out that he was in foster care, he doesn't have a high school diploma and he met a 65 year old guy that he called Daddy and Master over a year ago online and followed him to London. The next thing that happened is that his partner died a month ago. He is stranded in London without any money. I can't afford to send him money for two reasons; I am broke and it is hard to trust someone I never met except for online. The only thing I can help him with is advice. So what should I tell him to do? I want for him to fly to Estonia to a friend of mine that will give him housing and a job until he can save money and come back to the US but he doesn't have money to get there.

I want so badly to believe him. They are so many scam artist online but in my heart I still believe that they are some honest people out there that need help and there is truly a part of me that believes that he is being honest.

Do you know of any job he can get in London or is there anyway I can borrow money from the consulate to send him?

Thank you very much for taking the time to read my e-mail. I hope to hear from you very soon.
