I am planning to sponsor a british citizen to work for my design
company. What books do you recommend I read to prepare for this?

I'm currently looking at these titles:

Anyone have a book they can recommend? I know I'll be hiring a lawyer
but I'd like to read up on it first.

Relevant pages from the USCIS website plus the relevant US immigration
forum/newsgroup?

Info in books can get outdated very quickly. One would hope the USCIS
website is more up-to-date and of course the forums/newsgroups contain
discussion and people's firsthand experiences.

If I were you, I wouldn't bother with a book.
