Default biometrics appointment NYC

Hi, does anyone have any experience going for biometrics in New York
City or Brooklyn without an appointment?

I have an appoinment for december 23, but I want to have this done as
soon as possible, especially now the MSC seems to be processing
really fast.

Just wanna know too if that's possible. They gave me an appointment 5
weeks from the day I made the appointment and wondering if I could just
show up and do my fingerprinting together with my receipt.

This has been discussed before - it seems you could give it a try
(especially if you show up first thing in the morning) but is not
guaranteed.

The worst that could happen is that they just send you away and tell you
to come back on your booked date.

Just want share this with everyone.

I had a biometrics and fingerprint appointment for December 23. I went
today to Livingston street Brooklyn just to try my luck. I told the
receptionist I had no appointment today. He said it was no problem and
so I got my fingerprints and biometrics done in thirty minutes.

By the way the people working there were really nice.

I just tried going to ASC in the Bronx at 8:30 in the morning and they
let me do my fingerprinting eventhough my appointment will be on Jan 3rd
of next year.

Now let see how long they'll gonna process this one. Though they said
from ASC that it could take up from 3-6 months before I receive
something from the mail.
