Anyway, to answer your question, it's all in the skilled migration booklet
(at about p.32) - as the rates change constantly the only solution is to
email them all and get Monday's rates before deciding. Pointless to choose
any particular treasury on the basis of loyalty to the state in question,
they don't care.
