If fee or proof of language proficiency is missing then entire application
package will be returned and no record will be kept in visa post. You will
get it back several weeks to few months from the submission.
If fee and proof of language proficiency is there but any other required
document is missing then application will be stamped with the date and put
on the shelf for dust collection. File will not be created, file number will
not be generated, AOR letter will not be mailed and application will not go
into the process. Letter requesting missing documents will be mailed to you.
Once missing documents are received file will be created, file number
generated and AOR letter will be mailed to you. All the time between the day
incomplete application was received till the day missing documents are
received will be wasted and we are not talking about weeks here - it will
take quite few weeks just to open your application package, then it will
take another few weeks just to mail letter asking for missing documents and
finally file will be created several weeks after missing documents are
received. So, you'll waste quite few months at least.
So again - don't waste your time.
