Default B1/B2 visa Revoked at POE

Need help urgently.
Had 10 yrs B1/B2 visa and it was revoked 2 yrs back at POE. Officer found my intention was to work in US and to write medical exams. Can anyone please explain the sections to me.
I am now married to US citizen and have applied for my I-130, Spouse visa.

PURSUANT TO 22CFR41.122 (h) (2) 212 (a)(7)(A)(1)(f)(6)(C

Any help will be much appreciated
