Default Aus Permanent Resident VS Tax Refund at airport

Dear All,

Just wonder whether I will have problem :

Last time, I visited Aus under my Permanent Resident Visa. Before
leaving the country, I bought stuff at a shop which cost more than $300
AUD (eligible for tourist tax refund). I asked the shop assistance
whether I can claim for tax refund even though I enter Aus as Permanent
Resident. He did not know about just told me 'who know & keep a try'.
He issued me a tax return paper to be presented at the departure lodge.
The officer at airport got the tax return paper I hand to him. He
promptly processed to credit tax return amount to my credit card at
that time without question.

Well, For Permanent Resident Visa, Do the visa holder have the right to
get tax return ???
If not, will I have problem if I enter Aus again by using Permanent
Resident Visa ? (My PR is not expired yet).

What condition does Immigration can cancel PR visa ?

Regards
Nakrob
