Default ATTN: Andrew Miller & Experts PLZZZZZ

I was just able to see online e-client status of my application after
one year, it says that "A decision has been made on your application.
The office will contact you concerning this decision."
& also says that medical results have been recieved as i did my
medicals almost 2 years back.
Would you please guide me is it the final decision or still the same
old decision of interview waiver(2 years old).
Thanks for your help
