Hi Mr Miller,
I read some of your posts and you are very knowledgeable. I have a
question.

I live in the US and my wife lives in Canada, I have an application in
process fro Rehabilitation. While waiting for the application to be
approved I have to travel to Canada to wee my wife. We I go thru
immigration at the airport do I tell them I am viswiting my wife and
what papers do I have to show them? i.e marriage cert, file# of case?

If you have to be "rehabilitated" prior to the PR application being
approved, there is a very good chance that you are not admissible to Canada
as a visitor until you receive the rehab. I would suggest that you not
attempt to enter Canada, without contacting a Canadian Consulate in the US
first.
