Asking for IELTS requirement changes

Anyone know that when will the Immigration department of Australia
will be change the IELTS requirement from 4 x Band 5 to 4 x Band 6?

Hi Alex,

It might never happen. All we know is that it was discussed as a policy
option earlier this year and that it didn't take place in the round of
amendments on 1 October and there were no further amendments on 1
November except for some technical changes to the SOL and ENSOL.
Perhaps December?
