Default AOS interview documentation

I have my AOS interview on the 19th of January and I have a couple of
questions:

1) Am I correct in thinking that I don't need another medical report?
The medical I did at my K1 interview in February will be less than
a year old, and I sent them the I-693 supplement in September
after an RFE.

2) My interview notice asks for original arrest reports. I was arrested
for a misdemeanour in the UK more than 10 years ago that didn't even
go to court, and as far as I'm aware they don't keep original arrest
reports in the UK. Should I just take my police certificate that I
got when applying for my K1?

How did you handle Pt. 2 at the K-1 Interview in London? Handle this
the same way.
