AOS filing
Hello all.
Ive been looking thro' old postings to see how people put together their AOS petitions. Ive got all the forms but wondered if it had to be put together in any particular order or format like with the I 129 petition. Any help appreciated. We're filing through Vermont. Also unclear after looking at formfilling instructions: Do we send 2 photos with I 131 as well as 2 with I 765 It asks for supporting evidence to go with I 131 ie Alien registration card which I dont have. Is this not applicable for K1 fiancee visa? Am I classed as a Permanent resident or conditional resident. PHEW!!! Cheers Dave n Linda |
