AOS/EAD and advance parole (Atlanta)
I was wondering ... and this might sound like a stupid question but if I
were to get a RFE on my AOS or EAD papers would that then mean that I couldn't get Advance Parole until the RFE was submitted? Is AOS/EAD and Advance Parole dealt with separately i.e different departments? I sent in separate money orders for each application (although in the same envelope) thinking that if I got one wrong - then hopefully the other's would be OK.
