Default anyone with the experience of returned documents from Buffalo?

Did anyone have an experience of return of the submitted application for the
Skilled Worker due to missing one of the required documents? How long did it
take for CIC to mail your documents back? Did they cash the application fee
or they return it with the application?

I am just wondering because for some applications it takes 20 days to create
AOR, for some 3-4 months. Did anyone on this forum had an experience of
returned documents? Was it fast or did it also take a long time?

Thanks,
EK

I have a friend whose application package was sent back to her last
year. It took between 2 to 4 weeks for Buffalo to send back her
application package. Buffalo is very clear about that. If any single
document is missing, they would not even look at the application and
return it back to the applicant as quick as possible. For my friend, she
did not include evidence of english proficiency, that was all his
crime/mistake.
