Any place to stay in NYC?

Hello
After nearly 4 years finally got our interview notice.
The problem is that the appointmemnt time
is 7:45 AM at 26 Federal Plaza in Manhattan.
Does anyone know of a hotel very close to that location where we mighth stay
so we can get to the apppointment on time?
Any experiences, suggestions appreciated.

Glenwood Hotel
339 Broadway
New York City, NY
Phone: 718-387-7858 - 2 blocks away

or

Cosmopolitan Hotel
125 Chambers St
New York City, NY
Phone: 212-566-1900 - 4 blocks away

Both are very no frills hotels. Hope this helps
