Default any news on AoS

I am still confused by AoS policy via the Centrelink

however does that
mean I needn't provide any information about assurer when lodge the 47SK
only with Form40

another confusion: I found no change on form40, though
the DIMMA said there is essenial change on it.

Hi Lorry,
I've recently completed my form 47 and had my assurer
fill in form 28. I've been told that form 28 is null and void, but that
form 47 is still being accepted for a short time.

Hope this helps.

Hi, Were just about ready to
lodge and have been told from our agent (George L) that we don't need to
change form 40 (although not sure if this is the same for everyone using
form 40?), also you don't need to lodge anything to do with the assuror
with the application. Only thing I am confused about is how dimia /
centrelink know who to contact when the time comes. Maybe they will come
back and ask, does anyone know how far down the line this happens?

From what i can gather, we tell our assurer to contact Centrelink who
will then invite them in to fill in the form/be interviewed... What a
