When you send your K3 package to Chicago, you will receive a
MSC # as you will be processed by Missouri Service Center (also known as
NBC National Benefits Center) Chicago is there postal receiving place
for new K3 requests. After that the address changes to Linwood. CSC =
California Service Center.
