Default Any highs chool student's moving experiences from US to Canada?

My child accompanied with me to the US for my work 5 years ago. I am
almost done my job and we're considering to go back to Canada. My
child is a sophomore in a top ranking high school, taking some AP and
honor courses. He's wondering if the graduation requirements between
US and Can high shcools are quite different, he'd incline to stay in
the US, for he can take more APs than spend time to fulfill the
differences (such as Candaian history or French). I've tried to check
some secondary high school's web sites, yet gained very little info.
