my application was lodged with dima at start of december. im a
panelbeater going on skilled 136 modl. my agent says i can realistically
see my visa being grant by late may or early june. does anyone think
otherwise?

Hi Everyone,

I am hopefully headed for the Brisbane area, maybe somewhere in the
suburbs south of Brisbane but plan on renting for a while to suss it all
out when we get there depending on the application.
We are going to have our medicals done around Easter time and have the
pcc`s done for around the same time.

Hi all,

Just thought I would let you know what we are planning.

Hoping to do meds just after Easter, so that we can have until Easter
2008 to validate visa. If they get called earlier, we will do them as
requested, just means we will have to validate at Christmas, which will
probably cost a packet. (Having to work round school holidays)

Aiming at Melbourne, as wife has cousin there and I have some work
contacts, but may decide to run to the sun and head for Brisbane.

Would like to be moved by late UK summer 2008.

ASPC got my visa on the 18th december now after all the paper work!! im

? What visa are you going for (136 etc), where are you hoping to go, did
you use an agent.
