Default Andrew!!! Plz Advice!!

hi there,
i am an intenational student, i was wondering if i can apply for a
temperary work permit from here or not,am i eligible to apply for one
on the basis of high grades in the univ!!!.. i want to do some work in
summer but i dont know.. if i could get a job without a work permit..
i request all of you guys please advice me...!!
I am here on a student visa, and i can do on campus jobs only but i
cant find any job on campus so i thought of working offcampus.. but
for that i think i need a work permit... so please advice me.. on how
to apply for one and can i do that or not!!
hoping for ur reply soon!!! any advice would be appreciated!!!

You need job offer validated by HRDC first and then you must apply for
proper Work Permit.

Post-Graduation Work Permits:

Some graduating students may apply to work in Canada for up to a year after
graduation. The following conditions apply:

a.. You must be engaged in full-time studies at a university, community
college, CEGEP, publicly funded trade/technical school or at a private
institution authorized by provincial statute to confer degrees;
b.. You must have a job offer from an employer for a job that is related
to your studies (however, the job offer does NOT require HRDC confirmation);
c.. You must apply for a Work Permit within 90 days of graduation from
your college or university;
d.. You must have a valid Study Permit when you apply for the Work Permit.
