Law requires applicant to have at least 1 year of full time (or full time
equivalent) of continuous, paid work experience in skilled occupation. It is
a pre-requisite and applicants without it will have their applications
refused without processing.
Sorry, but you don't meet the above requirement. Various jobs may be added
together only when counting the total number of work experience years, but
first you need a continuous 12 months of full time (or full time equivalent)
employment to be eligible to apply - you don't have it and you can't make it
with your employment history.
Don't waste time and money on application until you meet this pre-requisite.

Dear Andrew,
I have a question about the one year experience required for immigration.
I graduated in May 2001.
I worked as a Civil Engineer for 8 months in my home country (until March
2002).
I came to Canada with a student visa in March 2002 to study English followed
by Engineering program.
I had to move to another city, within Canada, with my family also I got a
better admission in a better school.
in April 2003, I received my studding authorization, renewed immigration
document for the new school, for Master program.
I worked as a research assistant with my supervisor at the university from
April 2003 until September 2003 ( 5 months) then I started officially my
master program ,course work + research assistance work, until now (4
months).
does my work as a researcher assistant can be added to my experience as a
civil engineer in my country for the one year experience required for
immigration as it will be 17 months in total if it could be added.
Thanx in advance
