Mr. Andrew:

I got the similar problem, Can you explain these requirments of
citizenship application in this case with such kind of situation? Thanks.

No, you won't get any record of your exits and entries from Canadian
immigration. It is you who must reconcile your presence and absences by
other means (passport stamps from other countries, airplane tickets, hotel
bills, credit card statements, etc.) and it is you who must prove that you
met residency obligations. If you "miscalculate" days of presence/absence it
may affect your application, especially when you are asked to prove your
claims.

When applying for citizenship strictly follow application kit's instruction.
You may be asked for more documents later.
