Australia Australia is geographically the sixth-largest country in the world, and the only one to occupy an entire continent. Living in such a large country makes is difficult to find other expats. Connect with each other here.

Default Am I eligible to apply for RRV for 5 years (Sub class 155)

I'm a australian permenent resident (PR); Currently I got married to British citizen and live in UK. My Australian PR expires in October. After I got my PR I lived in OZ for 15 months. Currently I'm working in London as a Software engineer and all my brothers (3) are Australian citizen.

Currently my husband is doing nursing diploma, so after 5 years we would like to settle in OZ. After my PR expires am I eligible to apply for RRV for 5 years?

Thank you
Anu
