I don't think that �£200 is too much if you want them to do a thorough
checking job. Infact, I think it's fairly cheap considering how much
most agents charge for the TRA stage normally. If you use an agent you
still have to do all the evidence gathering and form filling your self
anyway, what you're paying for is their advise and for them to make sure
it's water tight - which is, in effect what you want them to do.
