Hi Figilbert,

You don't specify what kind of Affidavits. There are two Affidavit of
Support forms....the I-134 and the I-864, both of which are on
www.uscis.gov.

If you mean affidavits from friends or family as a testimony to your
valid marriage or something like that, there is no "form". It's simply
a letter made up however they want.
